1) ProTours Egypt contract
Your contract will be with ProTours Egypt Our License from the ministry of Tourism is No.1073 as a Travel Agency top Category (A). ProTours Egypt are a Member of the Egyptian Travel agent association (ETAA) for your financial security.
2) To secure your booking
To secure your reservation, please do the following Steps:
- Notify ProTours Egypt of your booking request
- ProTours Egypt will contact you to review and finalize booking details.
- You must confirm these details and make the correct deposit / Down payment, as discussed in your details (Emails with our Travel Consultants), to the company account by wire transfer or credit card (Visa, Master) Cards are accepted.
Payment of deposits or full payment of a reservation for an escorted or independent tour constitutes consent to all provisions of the terms and general information contained here.
Please note that in case our company representative will charge you the rest of your money here, he will be charging you 2.5% of the total amount you will be paying because of the processing fees of the bank./
4) Deposit / Down payment
Reservations should be made as early as possible to book the desired holiday, Space will be secured upon receive a deposit of 25 % or at 50% during The Easter, Christmas and New Year holidays. This deposit forms part of your final payment. Deposits can only be made by bank or you may send via Western Union or by credit cards (Visa or Master card) and should be received within 7 days of booking.
Any amendment made to the original booking is subject to availability. If the full payment has been received, and/or voucher has been issued, NO administrative fees will be applied
The balance of your payment should be received upon arrival.
Cancellation should be received in writing document by fax or email. If a tour participant cancel his / her reservation the following fees will be applies; If the cancellation is actually received in writing to ProTours Egypt within 07 days of the confirmation dated is subject to 5% of the total amount received as a transaction fees of the bank. Nobody have the right to cancel a booking made by another person.
In case you cancel your trip, the following charges will be applied
Between 40 and 30 days 25% of the entire tour price will be deducted.
Between 29 and 15 days 50% of the entire tour price will be deducted.
Between 1 and 14 days 100% of the entire tour price will be deducted.
No refunds are possible for No-Show
The responsibility of ProTours Egypt tour operator is limited. ProTours Egypt, its affiliates, and agents act only as intermediaries and agents for suppliers in all functions pertaining to hotel reservations, services, sightseeing tours, travel and transportation of whatever nature, which are not directly supplied by ProTours Egypt. All reservations, rates, schedules, accommodations and services are subject to change. All certificates and other travel documents for travel services issued by ProTours Egypt S.A.E are subject to the terms and conditions specified by the supplier, and to the laws of the countries in which the services are supplied.
By acceptance of participation in a tour, the tour participant agrees that neither ProTours Egypt nor its officers, employees or representatives shall become liable for loss, damage, accident, personal injury, death, or inconvenience caused by or resulting from the malfunction of transportation equipment, hazards of sea, air or land, disease, local laws, strikes, any occurrence beyond the control of the tour operator, cancellation due to war, terrorist or criminal activities, imminent threat of hostilities or civil strife, acts of war or insurrection, fire, quarantines, Acts of God, delays, irregularity, theft, itinerary or schedule changes or cancellations, or for acts or omissions or default of any company or person engaged in conveying the passengers or carrying out the arrangements of these tours, or for personal dissatisfaction with itinerary or accommodations provided, or for any consequential or incidental damages, whatsoever.
The tour operator cannot accept the responsibility for loss or additional expense due to delay, or changes in schedules, or other causes. No responsibility is accepted for loss of, or damage to, baggage or any of the passenger’s belongings. Baggage insurance is recommended.
If the services included in the tour cannot be supplied or there are changes in an itinerary, the tour operator will arrange for the provision of comparable services. Any resulting additional expense will be payable by tour participants and any resulting saving will be refunded by the tour operator to tour participants, with due provision for the tour operators profit.
ProTours Egypt reserves the right to decline, to accept, to expel or to retain any person as a member or participant of any tour as circumstances may demand it.
ProTours Egypt shall not be responsible for any purchases made by tour members during or outside of the tour, The issuance or acceptance of booking, invoice, receipt, or voucher, or the payment of a deposit or tour charges, shall be deemed to be consent to the above conditions, as well as to notices and disclaimers provided on our invoices, itineraries, ticket, vouchers, tour schedules, price lists, and announcements to tour members.
9) Claims and Complaints
If you have a complaint while you are in Egypt. Please notify the company (ProTours Egypt) immediately, as most problems can be solved on the spot, if you feel your problem has stilled not been resolved please call the chairman of the company, but if after you return home you are still not satisfied you must write to the Egyptian travel agent association. It is unlikely that you will have a complaint that cannot be settled amicably between us, however, if this is not the case any dispute arising out of, or in connection with this contract, may (if you wish) be referred to the Egyptian Tourism Ministry in Cairo.
10) Special Requests:
If the Client has any special requests, he should inform the Company at the time of booking. The Company and its suppliers will try to meet such requests but, as these do not form part of the Contract, the Company does not guarantee to do so, including for pre-bookable seats. If the Company confirms that a special request has been noted or passed to the supplier or refers to it on the confirmation invoice or elsewhere, this is not a guarantee to meet it. The Client will not be specifically notified if a special request cannot be met. The Company does not accept bookings which are conditional on the fulfillment of any special request.
11) Children Policy:
1st Policy: For Packages + Nile Cruises + Hotels
0 - 01.99 Free of Charge
2 - 5.99 25% of total tour cost
6 - 11.99 50% of total tour cost
12+ Are considered adults
If your tour package includes flights, an extra supplement for your child may apply.
2nd Policy: For sightseeing tours & shore excursions
0 - 5.99 free of charge
6 - 11.99 50 % of total tour cost
12 + are considered adults
If your sightseeing tours include domestic flights, an extra supplement for your child may apply.
12) Acceptance of the agreement:
The Contract constituted by the Company's acceptance of the Client's booking subject to these Booking Conditions shall constitute the entire agreement between the Client and the Company, so the payment of a deposit or final payment by bank transfer or credit card indicates that tour participants have read and accepted all terms and conditions and agree to abide by them.
13) The one is using the credit card must be the owner himself
